and your job search. As recruiters, we work hard for both the client company,
and for the candidates who place their trust in us. Our fees are always paid
by the company that retained jobSPOT, and it is their hiring requirements
that provide the parameters of our candidate search. All jobs that we recruit
for are direct hire positions. We never charge the candidate a fee, and while
it is our desire to place everyone that we work with, we don’t guarantee that we can make a match for every candidate.
Getting started is simple
In order to review your qualifications, we request that you submit your
resume as a Word attachment and e-mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not have MS Word, please copy and paste your resume into the body
of an e-mail message and include your salary requirements, why you are looking
for a job, and list other recruiters you are currently working with.
How quickly you hear from us will depend on the status of our open searches. If we are on a tight deadline for our client, we may pick up the phone and call you…if we are in the early stages of a search we will probably correspond by e-mail. And if we need additional information from you we will probably send you a questionnaire that will need to be completed and returned to us.
