Mission Statement

Our mission is to support the community we call home by recruiting talented professionals for Arkansas-based companies that share a mutual interest in seeing our state thrive. By connecting people with like-minded values, it is our belief that both the client company and the job candidate will achieve their professional goals. Supporting our community extends to our personal lives as well. Jennifer Robinson and Mary Alyce Robinson both volunteer their time by making birthday cakes for foster and shelter children. For Goodness Cakes is a nonprofit organization, that was established in central Arkansas to celebrate the birthdays of children living in foster homes and homeless shelters. In addition to their love for children, Jennifer and Mary Alyce share a lifelong affection for our community’s four-legged friends. Jennifer supports the Pulaski County Humane Society, and Mary Alyce supports BoxAR Rescue. The Robinson’s also support Dress for Success, the nonprofit that provides business clothing to women in need.

 

Who We Are

Mary Alyce Robinson earned a B.A from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has served the recruiting needs of Arkansas companies for fifteen years. Experienced both as an independent recruiter, and as the manager of a Global 500 employment agency, she has negotiated contracts with companies large and small. Professional candidates including engineers, accountants, managers, and executive assistants have been placed with a variety of firms such as medical, financial, and manufacturing, throughout Arkansas. Mary Alyce is a Professional Member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association.

Jennifer Robinson grew up in the recruiting industry and joined the family business after earning her B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jen specializes in the placement of administrative and technical candidates in the accounting, medical, service, and manufacturing industries. With a focus on mid-level professionals, Jen offers tips on resume writing and interview etiquette and has successfully coached a variety of candidates making their next career move. Jen is a member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association.
